Test Drive Manager
Calendar scheduling with double-booking prevention, secure digital ID capture, and licence details encrypted the moment they're collected.
Online Deposits
Customers reserve a car with a holding deposit online. Funds route straight to the dealership's account, the vehicle locks instantly, and a tax invoice is generated automatically.

Every dealership is a sealed tenant. Data isolation is enforced automatically on every single database query — one store can never see another's data.
Encrypted & access-controlled
Sensitive personal data is encrypted at rest with AES-256. Staff access is role-based — principal, manager, rep — with secure session handling.
Audited, always
Every staff access to customer and lead data is written to an immutable audit log — readiness for Australia's Notifiable Data Breaches scheme built in.
Payments done right
Card details never touch our servers — payments run through a PCI-DSS-compliant provider, with webhook signatures verified on every transaction.
